ORDER
New Delhi , the 26th September 1966
S.O. 2850.-Whereas the Central Government has , by its notified Order in the Ministry of Commerce S.O. 1401 , dated 5th May 1966 and subsequently modifled vide S.O. 2229 , dated 25th July 1966 , issued unde section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) authorised Shri A. C. Das Gupta to take over the management of the whole of the Industrial undertaking called Shri Bharathi Mills Ltd , Pondicherry ( hereinafter in this notification referred to as the ' industrial undertaking' ) for the period specified therein : Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 18E of the said Act , the Centra ' Government hereby specifies in the Sche- dule annexed hereto the excontions restrictions and limitations , subiect to which the Companies Act , 1956 ( of 1956 ) shall continue to apply to the industial under- taking in the same manner as is applied thethereto before the issue of the notified order under section 18A .

Provisions of the Companies Act , 1958 Excentions . restrictions and limita- tions subject to which the provi- sions mentioned in column (1) shall apply to the undertaking

This section shall not apply in rela- tion to borrowing of money by Authorised Controlier for the purposes of running the mil's .
