NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 21th September 1966
G.SR. 1524.—Whereas by the order of the Government of India No. G.S.R. 1571 dated the 28th September, 1963, read with Notification No. G.S.R. 1363, dated the 8th September, 1965, the management of the undertaking known as Kamlapat Motilal Bhatni (Sugar Mills) Branch Bhatni, District Deoria has been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to therein for a period of three years from the aforesaid date;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said undertaking should continue to be under the management of the said • Authorised Controller for a further period of one year from the 28th September, 1966;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-rule (3) of rule 125A of the Defence of India Rules, 1962, and of all other powers hereinto enabling, the Central Government hereby extends the period of opera- tion of the said order upto and inclusive of the 27th September, 1967, and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the said order, namely;—

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said undertaking should continue to be under fhr management of the said Authorised Controller for a further period of one yt_-a from Ihe 28th September, 1986;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers confer ed by the proviso to sub-rule (3) of rule 125A of the Defence of India Rules, 1962, and of all other powers here- unto enabling, the Central Government hereby extends the period of operation of the said order upto and inclusive of the 27th September, 1907, and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the said order, namely: —
In the said order, for the words "three years" wherever they occur, the words "four years" shall be substituted.
