CUSTOMS
New Delhi , the 28th September , 1966
G.S.R. 1526. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 , ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Financeinancence (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 118 - Customs dated the 11th June , 1966 , namely : ---
In the said notification , for the existing clause ( f ) , the following clause shall be substituted , namely : " ( f) that the goods are exported on or before the 30th November , 1966 : and" .
