ORDERS

New Delhi, the 29th September 1966

S.O. 2933.—Whereas the Central Government has, by its notified order in the Ministry of Commerce S.O. 725 dated 4th March 19G6 issued under section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) authorised Shri B. P Upadhyaya to take over the management of the whole of the Industrial undertaking called the Hira Mills Ltd., Ujjain, hereinafter in this notification refer- red to as the 'industrial undertaking') for the period specified therein:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies in the Schedule annexed hereto the exceptions, restrictions and limitations, subject to which the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) shall continue to apply to the industrial under- taking in the same manner as is applied thereto before the issue of the notified order under section 18A.

SCHEDULE

Provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 Exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the provisions mentioned in column (1) shall apply to the undertaking.

Section 293

This section shall not apply in relation to borrow- ing of money by the Authorised Controller for the purposes of running the mills.

Ministry of Commerce S.O. 1196 dated 13th April, 1966 and subsequently modifl* oiide S.O. 14G6 dated 13th May, 1966 issued under section 18A ot the Industrie (Devolopinfent and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) authorised Shrl G. K. Mogh to take over the management of the whole of the Industrial undertaking calle ¹ the Suadeshl Cotton and Flour Mills Ltd., Indoro (hereinafter in this notiflcatio referred - to as the 'industrial undertaking') for the period specified therein:

Now, thcrcforp, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) section 18E of the said Act. the Central Government hereby spocifles in Schedule annexed hereto the exceptions, restrictions and limitations, subject which the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) shall continue to apply to the ind' trial undertaking in the same manner as is applied thereto before the issue of th notified order under section 18A,

SCHEDULE

S.O. 2935.—Whereas the Cfntral Government has, by its notified order in the Ministry of Commerce S.O. 4y:s dated the 11th February, 1966 and subsequently modified vide S.O. 2130 dated the 12th July, 1966 issued under section 18A 01¹ the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) authorised Shri JDinkar Kedajmath to take over the management of the whole of the Industrial undertaking called the New Bhopal Textile Mills Ltd. Bhopal, (hereinafter in this notification referred to at. the 'Industrial undertaking') for the period speci- fied therein:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies in the Schedule annexed hereto the exceptions, restrictions and limitations, subject to which the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) shall continue to apply to the industrial undertaking in the same manner as is applied thereto before the issue of the notified order under section 18A.
