G.S.R. 1527. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 178 - Customs , dated the 1st July , 1963, namely: -
In the said notification , for the figures , letters and word "30th September . 1966 " , the figures , letters and word , " 31st December , 1966 " shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 2037. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Roller Mills Wheat Products ( Price Control ) Order , 1965 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Roller Mills Wheat Products ( Price Control ) Second Amendment Order , 1966 .
2. In the Roller Mills Wheat Products ( Price Control ) Order , 1965 , in sub- clause ( 2 ) of clause 1 , for the Words " Rajasthan , Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal " , the words " Haryana , Rajasthan , Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal and the Union territory of Chandigarh " shall be substituted .

1. This Order may be called the Gram Zone ( Movement Control) Second Amendment Order , 1966 .
2. In the Gram Zone ( Movement Control ) Order , 1966.-
( 1 ) for sub - clause ( 2 ) of clause 1 , the following sub - clause shall be sub- stituted , namely :-
" ( 2) It extends to the States of Punjab , Haryana and Uttar Pradesh and the Union Territories of Delhi , Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh "
( ii ) for sub - clause ( f ) of clause 2. the following sub - clause shall be substi- tuted , namely :-
" ( f ) " Zone " means the area comprising the States of Punjab , Haryana and Uttar Pradesh and the Union Territories of Delhi , Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh " .
