ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 4th October 1966
S.O. 3016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports (Control) Order, 1962, namely:—
A.—In Part ''A' of Schedule I to the said Order, after item No. l(x), the following items shall be inserted:—
"(xi) Bismuth, (xii) Cadmium, (xiii) Cobalt, unwrought and wrought. (xiv) Pig lead, unwrought, (xv) Magnesium, (xvi) Molybdenum.
(xvii) Platinum, crude and refined, unwrought, (xviii) Tin, unwrought and wrought,
(xix) Tungsten, (xx) Vanadium,

D I . \ A RV |1'AKT rl s t r. :nii)| B.—In Part 'A' of Schedule I to the said Order, for the existing entry l(x), the following shall be substituted:-—"(x) Electrolytic, fire refined and blister copper in the form of ingots, wire bars, blooms, slabs, cakes, tiles, bricks, billets, scrap and cathodes."
C.—In Part 'B1 of Schedule I to the said Order, the following entries against item No. 28, shall be omitted:—
"(ii) Bismuth, iiii) Cadmium,
iv) Cobalt, unwrought and wrought, di) Lead, pig, iii) Magnesium and magnesium alloys, ix) Molybdenum, fx) Platinum, crude and refined, platinum alloys, xi) Tin, unwrought and wrought, tin alloys, plates, sheets, discs, strips and circles,
rii) Tungsten, iii) Vanadium, iv) Zinc or spelter, unwrought, cv) Nickel and nickel pellets."
