EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 7th October 1966
S.O. 3023. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) . the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely: - 1. In Part A of Schedule 1 to the sald Order , after item 26 , the following item shall be added :-
" 27. ( 1 ) Silver bullion and silver sheets and plates which have not under- gone any process of manufacture subsequent to rolling .
( ii ) Silver coins . "
2. In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order , after item 59 , the following Item shall be added :-
" 60. Manufactures wholly or mainly of silver . "
3. In Schedule IA to the said Order , the following items shall be deleted :-
" ( iii ) Silver bullion and silver sheets and plates which have undergone no process of manufacture subsequent to rolling .
(vi ) Silver coins not otherwise specifled , "
