S.O. 3100.—Whereas election has been held in pursuance of notification No, S.O. 2837, dated the 21st September, 1966, issued under section 12 of the Re- presentation of the People Act. 1951 (43 of 1951), for the purpose of filling one seat of the member of the Council of States elected by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir, retiring on the 10th Novem- ber, I960, on the expiration of his term of office;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 71 of the said Act, the name of Shri Gulam Nabi Untoo, member elected by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir is hereby notified for general Information.
