S.O. 3155.- The following Order of the Election Commission is published for general information :-
ORDER No. 5A
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 11 of the Delimitation Commission Act , 1962 , I hereby make the following corrections in the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 5 , dated the 2nd June , 1966 , relating to the State of Bihar , namely :
In Table B of the said Order ,
(1 ) for the entry against 102 - Rosera , the following entry shall be substituted , namely : -
"Rosera police station ( excluding G.Ps. Mangal Garha , Dudh- pura , Kali Basantpur , Aura , Deodha , Attapur Nakuni , Hassanpur , Rampur Rajwa , Deora , Sankarpur , Sasan , Sihi , Bargaon , Birpur , Sakhwa , Bhatwan, Sihma , Bithan, Ujan , Pushaho , Narpa , Karanchi , Jagmohra , Salha, Marthua and Mauji and the villages Patori 158 , Mahua Chapki 164 and Marechi 292 ) in Samastipur sub -divi- sion" .

(2) for the entry against 103 - Hassanpur , the following entry shall be substituted , namely : -
"G.Ps. Mangal Garha , Dudhpura , Kali Basantpur , Aura , Deodha , Attapur Nakuni , Hassanpur , Rampur Rajwa, Deora , Sankar- pur, Sasan , Sihi , Bargaon , Birpur , Sakhwa , Bhatwan , Sihma , Bithan , Ujan , Pushaho , Narpa , Karanchi , Jagmohra , Salha , Marthua and Mauji and the villages Patori 158 , Mahua Chapki 164 and Marachi 292 in Rosera police station and G.Ps. Jhajhara , Dinmo and Sughrain in Singhia police station , in Samastipur sub - division . "
(3) for the entry against 104 - Singhia ( SC) , the following entry shall be substituted , namely : -
"Singhia police station ( excluding G.Ps. Jhajhara , Dinmo and Sughrain ) in Samastipur sub- division . "
(4) for the entry against 167 - Belhar, the following entry shall be substituted , namely : ---
"Belhar police station , G.Ps. Katsakara , Chandwari , Barne , Kharna , Bank , Siljhori , Chandan , Lohari , Suiya , Kasba- wasila . Tetaria and Tonapathar in Katoria police station and G.Ps. Bela , Bhalua , Nijhri Bhatshilla , Pakaria , Bishunpur , Parmanpur , Basbitta and Karanja Maldih in Shambhuganj police station in Banka sub - division" .
(5) for the entry against 168 -Katoria , the following entry shall be substituted , namely: -
"Katoria police station ( excluding G.Ps. Katsakara , Chandwari Barne , Kharna . Bank , Siljhorí , Chandan , Lohari , Suiya Kasbawasila , Tetaria and Tonapathar ) , the village Amar Barhait 425 in Banka police station and Bounsi police station in Banka sub - division" .
(6) for the entry against 177 - Jamalpur , the following entry shall be substituted , namely : -
"Jamalpur municipality and G.Ps. Indrukh, Ramnagar , Fardah , Hero Diara, Singhia , Itahri , Patam , Bochai , Garhi Rampur, Noorpur Mahdeva , Paria Bazar , Bariarpur , Ratanpur , Jhaua Bahiar , Kalyantola , Fulkia , Bankharpur , Barmasia , Matadih , Sarobagh , Pachrukhi and Adalpuramari and the village Ramchandrapur 219 , in Monghyr Muffasil police station in Sadar sub - division " .
(7) for the entry against 180 - Monghyr , the following entry shall be substituted , namely : -
"Monghyr Town police station and Monghyr Muffasil police station (excluding G.Ps. Bangalwa , Leheta , Kathour, Mahagama, Mangarh Maharna , Dharhara , Mohanpur Orbagicha , Shibkund , Hemzapur Lagma , Baha Chauki , In- drukh , Ramnagar , Fardah , Hero Diara , Singhia , Itahri , Patam , Bochai , Garhi Rampur, Noorpur Mahdeva , Paria Bazar , Bariarpur , Ratanpur , Jhaua Bahiar , Kalyantola ; Fulkia , Bankharpur , Barmasia, Matadih , Sarobagh , Pachru- khi and Adalpuramari and the village Ramchandrapur 219 ) in Sadar sub -division" .
