S.O. 3159.—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the powers of the Central Government under the provisions of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (6G of 1957), mentioned in the Schedule hereto annexed, shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, be exorcised by the Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Delhi.
