S.O. 3164. Whereas by the order of the Government of India No. S.O. 3737 , dated the 24th October , Mohini Sugar Mills Limi over by the Authorised C from the aforesaid date ; the undertaking known as the Gaya ( Bihar ) has been taken rein for a period of two years
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said undertaking should continue to be under the manage- ment of the said Authorised Controller for a further period of one year from the 24th October , 1966 ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sup - ruie (3) of rule 125A of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and of all other powers hereunto enabling , the Central Government hereby extends the period of opera- tion of the said order upto and inclusive of the 23rd October , 1967 , and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the said order , namely :-
In the said order , for the words , " two years " wherever they occur , the words " three years " shall be substituted .
