S.O. 3266. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 1 ) of article 371 of the Constitution , the President hereby rescinds with effect from the 1st day of November , 1966 , the Punjab Regional Committees Order , 1957 , published with the notification of theof the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.R.O. 3524, dated the 4th November , 1957 .
