New Delhi , the 31st October 1966
8.O. 3265. Whereas in pursuance of sub- clause ( ii ) of clause ( c ) of section 8 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 ( 34 of 1948 ) ,of 1948 ) , the Employees ' State Insurance Corporation has elected Shri S. C. Agarwal to be a member of the Standing Committee , vice Shri R. K. Parikh .
And whereas in pursuance of sub- clause ( v ) of clause ( c ) of section 8 of the said Act , the Corporation has elected Shri Amar Nath Vidyalankar to be a member of the Standing Committee , vice Shri Arjun Arora .
Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the late Department of Social Security No. S.O. 435 , dated the 30th January , 1965 , namely: -
In the said notification ,
( a ) under the heading "Elected by the Corporation under sub - clause ( ii ) of c'ause ( c ) of section 8 " for the entry against S. No. 8, the follow- ing entry shall be substituted , namely: -
"Shri S. C. Agarwal , Dalmia Cement ( Bharat ) Ltd. , Scindia House , New Delhi" .
(b) under the heading "Elected by the Corporation under sub - clause ( v ) of clause ( c ) of section 8 " for the entry against S. No. 13 , the follow- ing entry shall be substituted , namely: -
"Shri Amar Nath Vidyalankar , M.P. , 15 , Feroze Shah Road , New Delhi . "
