G.S.R. 1677.-The following Proclamation by the President of India is published for general information:
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 2 ) of article 356 of the Constitu- tion of India, I, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, President of India, hereby revoke the Proclamation made by me under the sald article on the 5th July, 1966 , in relation to the State of Punjab .
