G.S.R. 1677.- The following Proclamation by the President of India is published for general information :--
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 2 ) of article 356 of the Constitu- tion of India, I, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan , President of India , hereby revoke the Proclamation made by me under the said article on the 5th July , 1966 , in relation to the State of Punjab .
