G.S. R. 1757—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Order, 1965, namely: —

1. This Order may be called the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Amendment Order, 1966,

2. It shall come into force on the fifteenth day of November, 1966.

Clariflcatory Note.—The following is a clariflcatory Note and does not form part of this Order.

The statutory ex-mill prices of wheat products manufactured by rpller flour mills have been increased by Rs. 5 •00 per quintal with effect from the 15th November, 1966 consequent on the revision of Issue prices of imported wheat from Ra. 50*00 to Rs. 55-00 per quintal.

G.8.E. 1758,—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Art, 195.5 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill and Retail) Price Control Order, 1965, namely: —

1. This Order may be called the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill and Retail) Price Control Amendment Order, 1986,

2. It shall come into force on the fifteenth day of November, 1966.

3. In the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill and Retail) Price Control Order, 1965,—

(1) for clause 5, the following clause shall be substituted, namely: —

"5, Maximum retail prices of Roller Mills Wheat Products,—No person shall

sell or offer for sale, in ietail, any wheat product specified' below manufactured in roller mills at a price exceeding the price noted against it. namely: —
