G.S.R. 1759.—In pursuance of sub-section (7) of section 4 of the Press Coun- cil Act 1965 (34 of 1965 and In con Marathon of, the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Broadcasting No. G.S.R.1067, dated the 4th July, 1966, relating to the nomination of the Chairman of the Press Council of India by the Chief Justice of India it is hereby notified by the Central Government that 'under sub-section (4) read with sub-section (3) of that sec- tion :~
(a) the Comimiciee referred to in the said sub-section (4) has nominated
