New Delhi, the 16th November 1966

S.O. 8511.—The following Order made by the President on November 14, 1966, is published for general information:—

ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion, the President hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amend- ments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

In the said Rules, in the Second Schedule,—

(1) under the heading "Ministry of Education",

(a) after entry 96, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-—

"97. The Muslim Wakfs Act, 1954.

98. Work in respect of Wakf properties under the administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950. 99. Administration of Dargah Khawaja Saheb Act, 1955."; (b) the existing entry 97 shall be renumbered as entry 100; and (1587) j t gg THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART I I - S B C. 3(H)] (2) under the heading "Ministry of Irrigation and Power⁵', entries 28, 29 and 30 shall be omitted.
