New Delhi , the 17th November 1966
G.S.R. 1760 .--- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 )(2) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962, and clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Co- operation (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 463 dated the 24th March , 1966 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done under the said Order , before the commencement of this Order .
