NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th November 1966
S.O. 3519.In pursuance of clause 2 ( c ) of the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licens- ing and Control) Order , 1957 , the Central Government herebyovernment hereby appoints the Joint Director ( Food ) , Northern Region Residuary Cell , Headquarters , New Delhi , to exercise the powers and perform the duties of a licensing authority under the said Order and makes the following amendment to the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. S.R.O. 2989 , dated the 13th September , 1957 ( published on 21st September , 1957 ) , name- ly:-
In the Schedule to the said Order , for the words and brackets "The Regional Director ( Food) , Northern Region , New Delhi " , the words and brackets " The Joint Director ( Food ) , Northern Region Residuary Cell . Headquarters , New Delhi " shall be substituted.
