ORDER
New Delhi , the 21st November 1966
S.O. 3522. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 26 ( 17 ) / Com - Gen / 66 dated the 30th July, 1966 , namely :-
In the said Order , in sub- paragraph ( a ) , for the words " a State Governmen or , in relation to a Union Territory , by the Administrator thereof , " the words ' a State Government or an officer authorised by that Government or , in relation to a Union territory , by the Administrator thereof or an officer authorised by that Administrator " shall be substituted .
