NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd November 1968

G.S.R. 1807/Ess. Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1'55 (10 of 1955), and clause 7 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Co-operation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1622/Ess. Com./Sugar, dated the 20th October, 1966, namely:—

In the said notification,—-

(i) in schedule I, under the hearting "Area" in column (1), for the entry "Punjab" and the ex-factory price shown against It In column (2), the following entries and ex-factory prices shall be substituted, namely:—

(2)(1) "Punjab Haryana 134-53 134:55"; ( 879 )
