NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd November 1966
O.S.R. 1807/Ess, Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), and clause 7 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Co-operation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1622/Ess. Com./Sugar, dated the 20th October, 1966, namely:—
In the said notification,—
(i) in schedule I, under the heading "Area" in column (1), for the entry "Punjab" and the ex-factory price shown against it In column (2), the following entries and ex-factory prices shall be substituted, namely:—

The Issue No. of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part n—Section I—sub- section (i), dated the 1st November 1966, containing the notification No. 11/8/ 86-Poll (K), dated the 1st November, 1966, of the Ministry of Home Affairs, should be "B18" (Issue No.) instead of "219".
