NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th November 1906
G.S.R. 1812. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) read with clause (d) of sub - section ( 1 ) . of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri N. P. Sen , Chairman , The Vazir Sultan Tobacco Company Limited . Hyderabad , to be the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India , established under the said Act , with effect from the 17th October , 1966 (fore- noon ) in place of Shri C. R. Krishnaswamy Rao Sahib , and directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. GSR . 37 , dated the 2nd January , 1965 , namely : -
In the said notification , for item ( 5 ) and the entry relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be substituted , namely: -
" ( 5) Shri N. P. Sen , Chairman , The Vazir Sultan Tobacco Company Limited , Hyderabad .
