NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th November 1966
G.8.R. 1812. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) read with clause ( d) of sub - section ( 1 ) . of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 ( 37 of 1964) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri N. P. Sen , Chairman , The Vazir Sultan Tobacco Company Limited . Hyderabad , to be the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India , established under the said Act , with effect from the 17th October , 1966 ( fore-noon ) in place of Shri C. R. Krishnaswamy Rao Sahib , and directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. GSR . 37 , dated the 2nd January , 1965 , namely :
In the said notification , for item (5 ) and the entry relating thereto , the following item and entry shall be substituted , namely : -
"( 5) Shri N. P. Sen , Chairman , The Vazir Sultan Tobacco Company Limited , Hyderabad. "
