S.O. 3601.—The following order of the Election Commission is published for general information: —

ORDEH NO. 5B

In exercise of the powers conferred, by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Delimitation Commission Act, 1962, I hereby make the following amendments in the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 5, dated the 2nd June, 1966, relating to the State of Bihar, namely: —

In Table B of the said. Order,

(1) in item 86—Blraul, after the word "Saho", the words and figures "and tolas Nabnagar, Nagarpatti and Tulapatti of village Korthu 257" shall be inserted;

(2) in Item 88—Manigaohhi, after the word "Narma", the brackets, words and figures "(including tolas Nabnagar, Nagarpatti and Tulapatti of village Korthu 257 in Biraul Police station)" shall be inserted;

(3) in item 89—Benipur, after the word "Narma", the brackets, words and figures "(Including tolas Nabnagar, Nagarpatti and Tulapatti of village Korthu 257 in Biraul Police station)" shall be inserted; (4) In item 110—Kumarkhand, for the words and figures "Shripur 243 and Dangar 243", the words and figures "Garhia Millik 224,ShrimperMildly 242, Shripur 243, Damgara 243, Ramchaura 244, Rampatti Tola Belari 247/1, Bishunpur Korlahi 253/2, Bishunpur Korlahi Millik 253/3, Bhawanipur 257, Bhawanipur Zagir 258, Hanuman Nagar Chakla 261, Bela Sadi Millik279 and Rangpatti 280" shall be substituted; (5) in item 116—Murliganj, for the words and figures "Shripur 243 and Damgara 243", the words and figures "Garhia Millik 224, Shripur ( 633) 1634 T HE G A ⁷ E T TE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. (6) in item 201—Hilsa, after the word "Dewan", the words and number - "and the village Nanauri 3" shall be inserted;

(7) In Item 202—Masaurhi, for the words and numbers "villages Asarafganj 146" the words and numbers "villages Nanauri 3, Asarafganj 146" shall be substituted;

(8) in item 259—Dhanwar, after the words "Dtianwar and Birni police stations", the words "in Giridih. sub-division" shall be inserted; (9) in item 274—Chandaniyari (SC), after the word "Bandhgora", the words and figures "and the village Chas 30" shall be inserted; (10) in item 276—Baghmara, after the word "Bandhgora", the words and figures "and the village Chas 30" shall be inserted;

(11) in item 300—Khijrl (ST), for the word "Upper Konue" the words "Pithoria, Uruguttu, Upper Kohki Marwa" shall be substituted;

(12) in item 302—Kanke for the word "Upperkonue" the words "Pithoria, Uruguttu, Upper Konkl Marwa" shall be substituted.
