8.0 . 3664,-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 126-1 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government herebyhereby specifies the period exexpiring on the 31st January , 1967 , as the period within which declarations shall be made by a person to the Administrator as to the quantity , description and other prescribed particulars of any article or ornament , or both , owned by him .
