S.O. 3673.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Representa- tion of the People Act, 1951, and in supersession of its notification No. 434/16/61, dated the 28th August, 1961, the Election Commission, hereby designates for each of the Parliamentary Constituencies in the Union Territory of Delhi, as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its order No. 17, dated the 22nd July, 1968, and specified in column 1 of the Table below, the officer mentioned in the corres- ponding entry in column 2 of that Table to be the Returning Officer: —
