New Delhi , the 2nd December 1966
G.S.R. 1847 / Ess . Com./Sugarcane . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 11 of the Sugarcane ( Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by clauses 6 , 7 , 8 and 9 of the said Order shall also be exercisable by the Government of the State of Haryana and that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India,ia, in the Ministry of Food,Food , Agriculture , CommunityCommunity DevDevelopment and Co- operation (Department of Food ) No , G.S.R. 1127 / Ess . Com./Sugarcane dated the 16th July, 1966 , namely : -
In the said notification , after the word " Gujarat , " the word "Haryana, " shall be inserted .
