S.O. 3671.—In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Clause 3 of the Cotton Control Order, 1955, I hereby direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Textile Commissioner's Notification No. S.O. 2094, dated the 6th July, 1966, namely :—
