New Delhi , the 10th December 1966
S.O. 3791. In pursuance of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 23 of the Registration of Electors Rules , 1960 , the Election Commission hereby designates the Divisional Commis- sioner , Jammu , and the Divisional Commissioner , Srinagar , as the Officers to whom appeals shall lie from the decisions , under rule 20 or rule 21 of the said Rules , of the Registration Officers of the parliamentary constituencies which lie within their respective jurisdiction .

ERRATA
In the Election Commission's two notifications Nos , 56 / 66 - I and 56/66 , dated 1st December , 1966 , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II - Section 3- Sub- section ( ii ) , dated 1st December , 1966 ( Issue No. 402 ) , S.O. Nos . of the respective notifications should be read as " 3666 " and " 3667 " instead of " 3366 " and " 3367 " respectively .
