THE CONSTITUTION ( NINETEENTH AMENDMENT )
ACT , 1966
[11th December, 1966 ]
An Act further to amend the Constitution of India .
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows : ---
1. This Act may be called the Constitution ( Nineteenth Amend- Short title, ment ) Act , 1966 .
324 2. In article 324 of the Constitution , in clause (1 ) , the words Amendment ", including the appointment of election tribunals for the decision of of article doubts and disputes arising out of or in connection with elections to Parliament and to the Legislatures of States " shall be omitted .
