New Delhi , the 23rd December 1966
G.S.R. 1985.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 126-Customs , dated the 20th August , 1965 . namely:-
For the existing Table annexed to the said notification , the following Table shall be substituted , namely : -

15 per cent ad valorem Electrolytic aluminium wire bars , electrolytic aluminium billets , or electrolytic aluminium ingots .
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come Into force on the 19th Novem- ber, 1966 .
