NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd December 1966
S.O. 3961. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sertion 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , and in supersession of all previous notifications on the subject , the Election Commission hereby designates , in respect of every parliamentary constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its Order No. 15 , dated the 19th May , 1966 , all the Returning Officers and the Assistant Returning Officers for all the assembly parliamentary constituency , as officers to assist the Returning Officer of that parliamentary ance of his duties .
