ORDER
New Delhi , the 28th December 1966
G.S.R. 2031. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Orissa Rice ( Movement Control ) Order , 1964 , namely:
1. This Order may be called the Orissa Rice ( Movement Control ) Amendment Order , 1966 .
2. In the Orissa Rice ( Movement Control ) Order , 1964 , in item ( iii ) of the first proviso to clause 4, for the words "forty kilograms " the words " twenty kilograms " shall be substituted .
