NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th December 1966
S.O. 4035. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 5 of the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made in its notification No. 36/66 (S.O. 3667 ) , dated the 1st December , 1966 , namely : -
In the Table , in the entries relating to item " 12. Punjab " ,-
(a ) in column 2 , for the entry " 5. Scales " , the entry "5. Flower " shall be substituted ;
(b ) in column 3 , below entry 5 , the entry " 6. Scales " shall be inserted;
(c) in column 4 , for the entry " Akali Dal " the entry " Shiromant Akali Dal (Master Tara Singh Group ) " shall be substituted ; and below the entry " Communist Party of India" the entry " Shiromani Akali Dal (Sant Fateh Singh Group ) " shall be inserted .
