New Delhi , the 28th December 1966
S.O. 4032.-In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - section ( 1 ) of section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Commis- sion , in consultation with the State Government , hereby designates the District Collector of each of the Districts in the State of Kerala as the District Election Officer of the District of which he is the District Collector .
