S.O. 4034. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 - A of the Indus- trics ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modifica- tion of the Notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. 1241 , dated the 16th May , 1960 ( as subsequently modi- fied ) , the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate effect Shri Sharaf Ali to take over the management of the whole of the Mewar Textile Mills Limited , Bhilwara , vice Shri P. L. Sukhwal .
