S.O. 4037.-In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - section ( 1 ) of section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Com- mission , in consultation with the State Government , hereby designates the Addi- tional District Magistrate of each district in the State of Orissa to be the District Election Officer for that district .
