NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th December 1966
S.O. 4041.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 5 of the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification No. 56/66 ( S.O. 3667 ) , dated the 1st December , 1966 , namely:-
In the Table ,
( i ) against the item " 4. Gujarat " , in column 2 , below the entry 6, the entry "7. Horse" shall be inserted;
( ii ) against the item " 15. West Bengal " , in column 2 , below the entry 6, the entry " 7. Horse " shall be inserted;
( iii ) against the item '16 . Delhi " , in column 2 , below the entry 6 , the entry " 7. Horse" shall be inserted ; and
( iv ) against the item " 17. Goa , Darpan and Diu" , for the entry in columns 3 and 4 reading " 4. Hand - United Geans " , the following entries shall be substituted , namely:-
"4. Hand --United Goans ( Sequeira Group ) .
5. Rising sun-United Goans ( Furtado Group ) " .
