S.O. 4038. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby declares the airport at Trivandrum as a customs airport for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods .
