G.S.R. 2039.—In exercise at the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 25, read with sub-section (3) of section 160, of the Customs Act. 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary In the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of 1he Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 88-Customs, dated the 7th July, 1962, namely:—
In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st December. 1966" the figures, letters and word "31si December, 1967", shall be substituted.
