G.S.R. 2039—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25, read with sub-section (3) of section 160, of the Customs Act 1962 (52 of 1932) the Central Government, being satisfied that It is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 88-Customs, dated the 7th July, 1962, namely:—

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1966", the figures, letters and word, "28th February, 1967" shall be substituted.

G.SJt. 2041.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Cuetoma Act, 1962 (62 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public Interest so to do, hereby makes the followlni further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revfcnue), No. 11-Customs, dated the 1st January, i9fiH, namely;—•
In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1966", the figures, letters and word, "3lst December, 1967" shall be- substituted,
