NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st December 1966
S.O. 4049. In pursuance of clause ( 1 ) of article 239 of the Constitution and in supersession of all previous Notifications on the subject in so far as they relate to the delegation of functions of the State Government under the Police ( Incitement to Disaffection ) Act , 1922 ( 22 of 1922 ) , to the administrator of the Union territory of Delhi, the President hereby directs that the powers and functionsfunctions ofof thethe State Government under the said Act shall , subject to the control of the President and until further orders , be exercised and discharged , within the Union territory of Delhi , also by the administrator thereof.
