ORDER
New Delhi , the 28th December 1966
S.O. 3. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby directs that powers conferred on it to make orders under Clauses ( c ) , ( d ) and ( f ) of sub- section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act in relation to the prices , stocks and move- ments ofof cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the ScheduleSchedule hereto annexed , be exercisable by the Government of Bihar .
2. This order shall remain in force upto the 30th April , 1967 .
THE SCHEDULE-
Varieties of Cattle Fodder
Bhusa . Hay.
Gowar. Karab or Karbi or Kadbi . Grass.
Concentrates viz . By products of all Pulses , Crushed Dal , Maize , Wheat , Bran , Oats and Tuar . This issues in supersession of the Government of India Notification S.O. No. 3512 dated 15th November , 1966,
