ORDER
New Delhi , the 2nd January 1967
S.O. 4-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) , read with clauses ( c) and ( e) of sub- section ( 2 ) , of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Drugs Prices ( Display and Control)Control) OrdOrder , 1966 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Drugs Prices ( Display and Control ) Second Amendment Order , 1966 .
2. In the Drugs Prices ( Display and Control ) Order , 1966 ,-
(1) in paragraph 2, clause ( c ) shall be omitted ;
(2) in paragraph 10 , for the word " inspector " , the words " Officer of the Central Government or a State Government authorised by that Gov- ernment in this behalf" shall be substituted .
