১০ 1 -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby sppoints , in addition to the officers appointeofficers appointed by its notification No. 434 / J & K/ Pt dated the 7th December , 1966, the officer appointed as Returning Off Officer from each of the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Jammu and Kashmir by its notification No 434 / .J & K / LA / 66 , dated the 17th December , 1966 , as Assistant Returning Officer for the Parliamentary Constituency within which that Assembly Constituency is situate
