S.O. 3. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential ( modities Act 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that powers conferred on it to make orders under Clauses ( c ) , ( d ) and ( f ) of sub section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act in relation to the prices , stocks and move- ments of cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed , be exercisable by the Government of Bihar
2 This order shall remain in force upto the 30th April 1967
