IMPORT TRADE CONTROL .

SUBJECT-Grant of entitlement licences for machinery against exportsports effect- ed or payments received upto 5th June , 1966 under the erstwhile E.F. Schermes .
No. 2 - ITC ( PN ) /67 . Attention is invited to para 3 of the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 94 - ITC ( PN ) / 66 dated the 29th June, 1966 , whereby the last date for receipt of applications by the port licensing authorities from the E.P. Councils/ Commodity Boards was extended from 19th September , 1966 to 31st December , 1966, in the case of the parties who had reserved their entitlements for machinery , including textile machinery .
2. It has now been decided to extend the last date for receipt of applications by the Import Trade Control Authorities under the Cotton Textiles Export Promo- tion Scheme from thethe Indian Cotton Mills ' Federation only upto the 30th June , 1987 in respect of Import entitlements for machinery .
