EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 3rd January 1967
S.O. 72.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports (Control) Order, 1962, namely: —
1. In Part A of Schedule I to the said Order, for item No. 29, the following item shall be substituted: —
"29—Sheep and Goat."
2. In Part A of Schedule to the said Order, after item No. 29, the following item shall be added: —
"30—Cattle."
3. In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order, the following entries against item No. 1 shall be omitted; —
"(i) Cattle
(vi) Sheep and Goat other than Pashmina Goat."

I2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SF.C. 3(ii)]S.O. 73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1&47), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports (Control) Order, 1962, namely:— 1. In part 'E' of Schedule I to the said Order, the following entries against item No. l(iii) shall be omitted: — "(f) Lakhimpur Langur. (h) Malabar Langur. (j) Nilgiri Langur. (n) Travancore Langur. (r) Slender Loris and slow loris".
2. In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the said order the existing item No. l(iii) (m1) shall be substituted by the following: —
"(m) Skins and feathers of all birds other than domestic birds but excluding jungle-cock necks and feathers of giey jungle fowl".
3. In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the said ordc, the existing item No. 1 (iii) (q) shall be substituted by the following: —
"(q) Monkeys other than those specified in Part 'A'."
4. In part 'B' of Schedule I to the said Order after item No. 1 (iii) (s) the following item shall be added: —
"(t) Skins of Ordinary leopards (Panther) other than those mentioned in Part 'A'."
5. In part 'A' of Schedule I to the said Order after item No. G (XXXIV), the following items shall be inserted:—
''(xxxv) Travancore Langur. (xxxvi)—Lakhimpur Langur. (xxxvii)—Nilgiri Langur. (xxxviii)--Malabar Lanyur. (xxxix)—Slender Ijoris and Slow Loris. (xl)—Jungle Cock Neck. (xli)—Neck feather of Grey .lunglo Fowl."
